I’m Samar, a clinical dietitian with 9 years of experience between Lebanon and Dubai, specializing in women’s health. I hold a master’s degree in clinical human nutrition and a certificate of Advanced Education in Hormone Health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My passion lies in helping women reach their health goals, whether it’s through appearances where I share my expertise on nutrition and healthy living.

My journey with weight loss began 12 years ago during my second year of college. I experienced firsthand what it takes to change long-standing habits and navigate the ups and downs of weight fluctuations.

           Like many, I tried fad diets and spent long hours exercising, but I soon realized that true, lasting change
           requires more than just focusing on food. It’s a comprehensive process involving emotions, behaviors,
           psychological influences, cultural factors, and personal experiences with food. Through my own
           journey, I learned to create a lifestyle that works for me, and now I use that experience to guide my
           clients in finding their own sustainable path to health.

           Outside of my profession, I’m a lover of all things organized I thrive on planning and creating routines
           that keep me balanced. I love cooking and baking, especially when I get to host friends for dinner. I’m
           also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys working out and staying active. And, of course, my family is my
           number one priority. These aspects of my life fuel my passion for helping others achieve not just their
           health goals, but also a fulfilling, balanced lifestyle.
